Build rapport and transparency with the maintenance team to better serve all participants. - Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
Record data daily to ease weekly, monthly, and special report assignments. - Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
Highest levels of confidentiality and precise with private information. - Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone
Phone and office etiquette with experience at the executive level.
