Ability to prioritize, much like the pilots I worked with for 15 years, with “Pre Flight” and “Post Flight” checklists. Transparent and shareable calendar. - Experience with MS Office Suites such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient - Real estate license is a plus.
Eagerness to obtain! - Background checks required.
Readily available to pass the most stringent FAA, K-12, and drug screenings.
Responsibilities
- Staff the sales office location and provide exceptional customer service and information to any visitors.
Will greet each customer with first acting as doorman. Listen intently to desired needs and wants. 15 years of executive level customer support experience will shine. - General office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
Extensive experience using executive level phone etiquete always ensuring the end user can hear a smile. Advanced email user with knowledge of configuring SMTP, IMAP, POP 3, and Gmail. - Greeting office visitors and clients as they walk into the office.
If it all possible, I will commit to acting as doorman for each customer who enters. - This is a part-time job, averaging around 30 hours/week with an hourly pay range starting at $15 per hour.
Comfortable with hours and pay. - The ability to succeed in a high customer traffic environment.
Leverage communication skills to best serve customers, associates, and vendors. - The ability to build rapport quickly with each customer.
Listening to their stories and building a trust. - A base understanding of current technology for both reporting and social media.
Technologically savvy with advance computing and social networking skills. - This position requires some Saturday and Sunday work hours.
Comfortable working both Saturday and Sunday.
