• Answer calls coming into business
  Phone etiquette, speaking clearly with a smile and welcoming tone.
• Respond to Contact Form inquiries
  Clear understanding of email clients and contact forms.
• Input Sales Leads into company management system
  Tech Savvy and knowledgeable about compiling data. If unfamiliar with specific CRM, will vow on day one to leverage at my cost to get up to speed.
• Coordinate with other departments on customer inquiries
  Collaboration transparency for the success of the client’s needs and team’s performance.
• Perform Sales Lead follow-up
  Leverage collected data for increased profit margin and customer satisfaction.
• Manage company’s customer shared drive
  Meticulously organized with digital cloud files, hard drive folders and files, and hard copy print.
• Produce estimates for sales opportunities
  Leverage team and learning materials for product knowledge to better serve the client.
• Collaborate on company sales process to enhance success rate
  Open to constructive criticism to benefit team and client retention.
• Coordinate installations with internal and external resources
  Transparent communication with integrity and shareable calendar.

Marketing

• Maximize the use of installation photos to benefit the company
  Will leverage various photography skills to help with the promotion of Jacksonville Signs and Graphics throughout the community and World Wide Web.
• Initiate Google Reviews after every sign installation
  Strive to continue the excellent 4.9 rating of 155 reviewers.
• Research competitors in market
  Research includes but not limited to HTML Code view for keywords and Meta OG Tags.
• Share ideas for differentiating our business in the marketplace
  The fact this is included within the Indeed description is but one of the reasons I want to join this team!
• Engage new suppliers, partners to maximize company success
  Research vendors, pricing, product availability and quality. Engage with empathy and professionalism of knowledge to secure those relationships.
• Solicit insights from industry colleagues that could benefit the company
  Leverage industry experts, colleagues, and top voices through networking outlets.

General

• Provide general support to company visitors
  Professional appearance and grooming with a welcoming attitude.
• Coordinate with external vendors – suppliers, manufacturers, installers, etc.
  Ability to collaborate with various types of personalities and will represent Jacksonville Sign and Graphics with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Partner with Design, Production and Installation teams to maximize success
  Knowledgeable of each department’s function will be advantageous for me to quickly build a rapport.
