LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- Greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing, ramp area.
20 years total experience on the ramp marshalling and safely moving aircraft with countless Lektro Tug hours. - Provide lavatory and water service as required.
Honey Bucket short straw recipient more times than I can count. Hepatitis vaccinated. - Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.
FL Safe Driver License with clean driving record. Manual shift expert. - Fuel aircraft Jet-A- 100LL as required.
Single point or over wing experienced. - Assist with customer service duties as required.
Courtesy at every level acting as doorman, luggage movement, and/or additional request. - Provide oil for aircraft as required.
PIC request handled with urgency and safety. - Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building and customer area.
Strong understanding of keeping ramp free of FOD. Unsolicited work ethic on janitorial cleanliness within the FBO. - Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/ cargo as needed.
Customer support continues after passengers’ departure. Focus on customer retention providing exceptional support to crew with assisting in catering, coffee, water, ice, luggage, crew car, and all other requests. - Assist with wing walking duties as required.
Strive for 💯 Safety Scorecard! - Sump fuel tanks and trucks daily and record finding.
15 Years of maintaining a 40,000 gallon tank fuel farm. - Comply with all company and airport regulations.
Jaxexecutive and FAA regulations hold priority with providing a safe environment for customers, crew, vendors, and associates. - Perform other duties as needed.
Maintain GSE, Crew Cars, Lav Carts, Lektro Batteries, Fuel Trucks, etc.
