I am an avid DIY Guy, and my favorite HGTV personality is Hillary Farr. She understands both sides of the design process. Functional space creator with an eye for the completed design.

Currently residing in my third home and I have created a lofted storage in my garage at each. It is a budget friendly, functional space, that gets my wife’s seasonal decorations up off the floor, so the garage can be used as intended.

I am excited about carrying my camera daily and creating scroll stopping content for Glenn Layton Homes, and returning to a team environment.

Bringing nearly fifteen years of experience in customer-centric care at the executive level with Bank of America Aviation, ten-plus years of business development, and a background in the real estate photography industry, I possess the necessary skills and expertise to excel in this role. My diverse background, listening, and communication skills have equipped me to adapt and thrive in client-focused roles. Whether working autonomously or as part of a team, I bring a safety-driven first attitude along with an ownership mentality, ensuring that I represent the customers, vendors and Glenn Layton Homes associates with the highest levels of professionalism.

When LinkedIn suggested the full-time content creator opportunity with GLH -the HGTV Dream Home Builder 2024, I created this tailored page in conjunction with my resume to demonstrate my eagerness. My customer service skills, real estate photography experience, construction knowledge and floor plan creation, are a perfect match for this role’s requirements. I am eager to blend in and make a positive contribution to the Glenn Layton Homes team.

Thank you for the opportunity!

Warmest regards,

Matthew A. Crace
