During the summer of 2011, Ellen contacted me through my Flickr account. It was a day filled with promise and excitement for both of us -as we sipped lattes and discussed the project at our local java joint.
She and her husband Dan had just launched their small business -Keep In Mind. A business directly aimed to help those with dementia. Their small business launch included their concept product Memory Magz. The Magz were designed as photo books that include a guide for caregivers to provoke memories of better times.
Happy Faces and Outdoor Beauty were published, a short time after Ellen and I first met. I sold not only one of my photos but nearly forty that were compiled to create Memory Magz.
